How do I send you my design?
You’ll upload your design/logo file when you order (PNG with transparent background recommended). If you don’t have that, I can remove the background for $5 per file.
What file types do you accept?
High-resolution PNGs with transparent backgrounds for the best results is recommend. JPGs are okay, but we may need to clean them up. Please ensure your image is 300 DPI
What will I receive when my order is done?
- For still image packages: PNG files, ready to upload to your store or social media.
- For video packages: MP4 files, sized perfectly for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and product pages.
How fast will I get my mockups?
Delivery is usually 2–3 business days depending on your package size. Rush delivery (24 hours) is available for an additional fee.
Can I choose what my model looks like?
Yes! You can select model gender, model representation, and model style& vibe: casual, professional, streetwear, etc. If you’re unsure, I can recommend a look that matches your brand.
Will my designs look realistic?
Yes. I use advanced AI tools to create natural-looking mockups with shadows, folds, and proportions that make your design look truly worn; not just “pasted on.”
Do I own the images and videos once they’re delivered?
Yes; you have full rights to use them on your website, social media, and ads. You cannot resell or redistribute the mockups themselves.
What if I need changes or edits?
One round of small revisions is included (ex: fixing sizing or placement). Major changes (like switching designs or models) may require an additional fee.
Can you do bulk orders?
