📌 Digital Product Policy

Everything I create for you is a custom digital mockup; that means nothing physical will be shipped to you. You’ll receive your files digitally, ready to drop straight into your store or social media.

Because these are made just for you and your designs, all sales are final once I start working on your order or once the files have been delivered. That means no refunds or exchanges, but I’ll always make sure you know exactly what to expect before we get started.

📌 File Requirements Policy

To get the best results, please send your design as a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. This makes sure your design looks clean and crisp on the mockups.

Don’t have a transparent PNG? No stress; I can remove the background for you for $5 per file. Just know that if the design you send is low-quality, it may affect the final look of your mockups.

📌 Revision Policy

Every order comes with one round of small revisions included; things like resizing or adjusting placement.

If you’d like more changes after that, no problem; additional revision rounds are $10 each. Major changes, like switching models, changing backgrounds, or uploading a new design, may require an extra fee of $15–$25 depending on the request.

📌 Turnaround & Delivery Policy

Standard delivery is 2–3 business days for most orders. Bulk orders may take longer, but I’ll always give you a timeline up front.

You’ll receive your finished files digitally:

Images → PNG or JPG
Videos → MP4 (ready to upload to TikTok, IG, or your store)

Need it faster? Rush delivery is available:

+$25 for 24-hour delivery
+$50 for same-day delivery (orders placed before 12 PM EST)

📌 Usage Rights Policy

Once your order is delivered, you have full rights to use your mockups for your business; on your website, Etsy/Shopify shop, social media, or ads.

The only thing you can’t do is resell or redistribute the mockups themselves as your own product. They’re created for your brand’s marketing, not for resale.
